Claude Izner is the pen-name of two Parisian sisters, Liliane and Laurence Korb who were booksellers on the banks of the Seine for many years. The Victor Legris series of historical bibliomysteries is set in late 18th century Paris. The books are re-issued by Pushkin Vertigo from 2026.
