Shipping policy

Delivery times

We aim to ship most books within 24 hours of receiving your order, unless a longer delay is specifically noted on the product page, for example for not-yet-published titles, or out-of-stock titles.

Transit times to UK addresses are up to 4 business days, to the EU up to 10 business days, and to the US and Canada up to 15 business days.

Orders for multiple books will be dispatched when all books are in stock, unless there is an undue delay. In that case we may decide to make multiple dispatches at no additional cost to you.

Books that are not yet published at the time of ordering ("pre-orders") will be dispatched upon publication. Your card will be charged at the time you place the order.

We generally post to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only. If you are in another country, please ask for a shipping quote, and we will do our best to get books to you too.

Import Duties, Tariffs and Taxes

All orders are shipped from the UK, and for international shipments, all import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order value up to £20: £1.99
Order value up to £35: £2.99
Any order above £35: free 

EU:
Order value up to £20: £7.50
Order value up to £100: £10.00
Order value up to £250: £15.00

USA:
Order value up to £30: £8.50 
Order value up to £80: £15.00 
Order value up to £200: £25.00
